The Process

The ball gets rolling as soon as you reach out to me! Use the "contact" tab to send me a message. We'll chat about your photography needs and which package makes the most sense for you. I'll answer any questions you have. Next, we'll nail down a date and time for you shoot and discuss a location.

Now that we've discussed your unique needs, it's time to get you booked! I'll send you a custom booking link with your proposal. There you can review your package, view + sign your contract, and pay your 50% retainer to reserve your spot with me. Once that's done, it's official!
After your contract is signed and your deposit is paid, I'll send a questionnaire your way to get to know you more and make sure you're getting exactly what you want out of our photoshoot. Here you can share must-have shots and anything else I need to know to give you the best experience possible.
Now it's time to have a super fun session! My goal is to help you feel comfortable in front of the camera and have the best experience possible. Don't worry if you're not a natural when it comes to posing. I'll lead you through my process for posing that looks natural and captures your feelings!
Within 1 week of your session, I'll share your proofing gallery with you. You'll select the amount of images included in your package and I'll send you those digital downloads. You'll be free to print, post, and share. You can also select additional images for purchase, because I know you'll fall in love with the gallery once you see it!

I'm all about authentic + honest. That means you won't receive a gallery full of stiff, awkwardly posed shots that don't show the personality of you and your family. I'll capture images of your kids as they play and interact with each other in a way that's genuine, or the way you and your significant other look at each other and laugh. (Don't worry, mom - I'll capture those awesome smiling shots too).
Photo Delivery:
With every portrait package, you'll receive high quality, individually edited digital images, and you'll get them FAST! Your gallery will be delivered to you within a week of your session. I let you choose which images you want to keep! I'll upload previews of all the highlights from your session, and you'll be able to choose the images to download, based on your package - with the option to purchase any additional images you'd like!

Want more pictures? No problem! Your session comes with a set number of digital downloads, but often when people see the proofs of their gallery, they fall in love and want more! Additional images for download can be purchased after your gallery is delivered.
Travel fees only apply if your location is more than 30 miles from mine! Otherwise, travel is free.
